Dalmore 25 years is the perfect illustration: imagine two superb nectars, resulting from the same maturation in new American oak barrels, separated to age respectively in Sherry barrel Palomino Fino 25 years and in bourbon barrel of first filling of 1980, finally reunited to complete their wooded journey in Tawny port casks from Portugal. A treat of exotic fruits, almond paste, vanilla, chocolate truffles that bear witness to this unique journey through the woods and ages. Profile: ample, creamy.
