Damien Hirst (1965) - Forever
Artist: Damien Hirst (1965)
Technique: Giclée
Signature: Hand signed
Good morning
I propose a work 39 x 39 cm
This edition of Forever features bright, abstract details from Damien Hirst's new series of paintings.
Here, Hirst reinterprets the traditional subject of landscape painting on a monumental scale, fully covering the surface of works in vivid colors that push the boundaries between figuration and abstraction.
This limited edition is technically created by glossy laminated giclée printing on aluminum composite panel, is available in two sizes and has been produced in collaboration with Fondazione Prada to support Save the Children Italia. Hirst took existing images of his cherry blossoms and transposed them into a print, depicting a close-up of the densely layered impasto structure, along with splashes of colored paint from sections of large-scale canvases, one can seeing Hirst's thick brushstrokes and tracing the movement of his gestural painting across the surface.
A must have for all collectors.
