Pennsylvania Sheriffs In the Line of Fire depicts Northampton County Sheriff Peter Kachlein & Deputies Nathan Ogden & James Lawson approaching Fort Durkee on the Susquehanna River in pursuit of the Paxton Boys. Ogden became the first law enforcement officer in Colonial Pennsylvania to be killed in the line of duty on January 20, 1771. Pencil signed and number edition 106/500.
