Dance headdress Tjiwara Sogoni-Kun, also called Bougouni, region of Sikasso, Mali. Above an aardvark one often sees a horse antelope or an armadillo. This figure leaves room for interpretation. In the ritual "Tòn", the dancers use a raffia dress to which the mask is attached. The Sogoni-Kun originated among the Wassalunke tribes, on the border with Guinea.
