David Smithson (American/German, b.1956- ), "Cellodamene"-1987, bronze sculpture, incised "D. Smithson" and dated beside limited edition of "1/11". Modern figural sculpture depicting a nude man and woman in graceful poses above cello musical instruments, bows extended, on a textured oval base surmounting four squat feet.
