Condition Report:
Very good condition overall for an object of this type and age. Minor nicks, chips, scratches, and abrasions in places Very minor areas of insect damage including to back/underside of the proper left breast. Age crack to the proper left hand of the mother. Small holes to the face of mother and child, which appear to have been left by former attachments rather than as a result of damage. A loss to the front of the integral base, just in front of the toes. Fine glossy black patina with some encrustation. Freestanding.
