Rare early map of Modesto in California's Central Valley, with streets names, blocks numbered, with a few additional features such as the Municipal Golf Course, the Municipal Baseball Park, the Junior College, etc. There are a few pencil markings on the map. This seems to be one of the earliest separate maps of Modesto, preceded by the 1920 Sanborn Fire Insurance map, and the 1920 General Map of the City of Modesto. Each of those maps has only one listing in OCLC; the present map is not in OCLC.
Condition Report: Old folds, some soling and edge wear; about very good.
