Ostrogothic openwork solid silver plate brooch with stylised bird heads. The circular brooch has a central green glass cabochon, surrounded by eight radiating arms, each forming a stylised bird's head in profile, the eyes inlayed with green glass. Diameter: 31,4 mm Weight: 10,72 g Condition: good solid condition. pinlug and catchplate are present, pin is missing. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. See images for own impression.
