The Ebel 1911 is a historically important watch. In 1982, the original 1911 came out as the first new automatic chronograph since the quartz crisis in the 1970s. The watch was the choice of Don Johnson in Miami Vice. The BTR model came out in 2008 in a larger size with a more contemporary dial. Many consider the Ebel 1911 BTR to be one of the best chronographs made by Ebel. Accompanied with original Ebel box, manual and warranty card.
Condition: Dial is in excellent condition. Case is excellent with some scratches. Movement is running at time of cataloging. Overall, the present example is in excellent condition.
