Eberhard & Co. watch, model Champion Chronograph. Ref. 0-31022. Steel case, diameter 36 mm, automatic movement, steel bezel, mineral glass, black dial. Black leather strap with steel tongue buckle. In very good condition. Full set provided. All of our watches are covered by 12-month warranty for correct operation. The guarantee is valid from the day indicated on it. The guarantee is valid only if there is a stamp indicating the duration, our signature and our distinctive logo stamp. The absence of any of these 3 elements invalidates the guarantee. The guarantee certificate and its duration refer exclusively to the correct functioning of the timepiece. By ‘correct functioning’ we mean a timepiece that keeps time with a maximum deviation of +/- 10 seconds per day, although we do generally supply watches with a deviation of less than 5 seconds per day. Attached to the guarantee certificate, you will find the receipt of the Chronocomparator. Our guarantee does not cover any product defects incurred during the manufacturing process. All our watches leave our workshop after a water resistance test and with new gaskets, but we decline any responsibility for watches that have been left with open crowns or that have undergone other types of tampering or repairs. We always advise our customers to carry out periodic checks before using the timepiece in water. We are not responsible for the waterproofing of vintage watches. We remind our customers that watches with a ‘Quick Se’' date must never be reset between 22 and 3 hours. If the customer decides to activate the guarantee, they must know that: We are the only watchmakers who can carry out repairs on the timepiece. Shipping to our workshops is the responsibility of the customer. Repairs are free of charge unless the damage or breakage is due to improper use of the timepiece by the customer. In this case the customer must pay for the repair and return shipping. We ship worldwide using Ferrari Group, a security courier. The watch will be insured for its full value.
