probably ancient, exact age unknown, carved in sunken relief, depicting a fragment of a face in profile to the left, with downturned lips, wearing a collar, and wig covering left ear, with uraeus, and possibly the top portion of a perfume cone, 6-3/4 x 5-1/2 in.Note: Items in this lot were obtained in 1966 in Giza, Egypt by the consignor's mother, who was there at the time working as a cultural attache.
