An Egyptian Late Middle Kingdom steatite scaraboid set into a silver ring. The scaraboid, c. 1700 - 1570 BC, with a neatly incised image of a fish engraved on the base, L: 17 mm, W: 11 mm. Ex Cheltenham, UK private collection acquired in the 1950's.
