The aquamarine carved to depict Poseidon within a scrollwork frame, to a two-row cultured pearl necklace with scrollwork and granulated spacers, length approximately 452mm, signed Gage, maker's marks, British hallmarks.
Condition Report:
The pendant is signed Gage, maker's mark EG, British hallmarks for 18 carat gold, date stamp l for 2010. The necklace is stamped with the maker's mark EG, a British hallmark for 18 carat gold, date stamp m for 2011. The aquamarine measures approximately 32mm x 32mm. Upon close inspection small cavities and abrasions visible to the aquamarine. The cultured pearls have a white body colour with green and rose overtones, good lustre throughout. Some have uneven surface structure. Overall in good condition. Total gross weight 160g. Case stamped Elizabeth Gage.
