Elizaveta Kalinina - Silhouette Broken glass - self portrait

This collection consists of various self-portraits. A few years ago, I moved from Russia to Italy. I didn't have any contacts or friends here, so at first it was easier for me to do everything myself: to be a model and a photographer together. Then in the process, I realized that these self-portraits became a powerful way to express myself. The only person close to me is my partner, who is an Italian painter. His approach to searching for the right lights in his artworks, as Caravaggio did, inspires me.
