This type is the most common design during 1720s; in this case the body has been unfortunately embossed at a later date. Hallmarked with Britannia standard silver marks used in London during the early 18th Century, silversmith Antony Nelme (1697-1723 - Ref. Jackson's page 54-58 & 166, Grimwade page 18 nr 68). Base diameter 11.5 cm, height 24 cm, width with handle 13 cm. Weight 730 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
