Description: Ester Thomas Miler Peach Rose Plates Set of 8 Limoges. The plates measure 7.25" in diameter. The reverse of the plates shows a Limoges mark of Paroutaud Freres Factory Mark 2 1903 - 1917, as seen in the pictures. There are no chips, cracks or hairline fractures on the 7 matching plates. The one sole plate that shows a different pattern shows a flake on one edge as seen in the pictures. This is a beautiful set of 8 plates, 7 of one style and 1 orphan that fits the grouping. They are intricately painted pieces of porcelain art signed by Ester Thomas. They each display hand painted orange peach roses with a pastel feminine appeal. The white porcelain background is a calming pure winter white. The design of the plates flows with such ease that enhances the painting of the precious tea roses. This set is absolutely stunning!
