Extremely Rare Letter Handwritten by the Rebbe Rabbi Yitzchak Elazar Unger of Dombrova

a letter sent by the Rebbe to his brother, written on his official stationery.
The lower part of the letter is missing.
Rabbi Yitzchak Elazar Unger was the son of the Rebbe of Dombrova, Rabbi Moshe Elyakim Brea Unger. The son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Shlomo Ya'akov Eichenstein of Ziditchov. Served as the fifth Rebbe of Dombrova.
Letters by him are extremely rare and have never been seen in auctions!
