FLORENCE TRICKER ORIGINAL FLORAL OIL PAINTING Florence Tricker (American, 1892-1979) was born in Philadelphia and received scholarships at the Philadelphia School of Design (Moore Institute) and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. She also studied at the Tiffany Foundation, Oyster Bay, N.Y. and the Graphic Sketch Club, Philadelphia. This unique floral painting is a departure for the artist. Tricker is best known for her coastal landscapes interpreted through her Impressionist eye.
