FOURTEEN AMERICAN COIN SILVER SPOONS FROM NEW YORK CITY

1-9) Nine John Vernon, c. 1786-1817: Five teaspoons and four oval soup spoons. Each type bearing different maker's marks and monograms.

10-12) Three Teunis Denyse Dubois, 1794-1820: One monogrammed place spoon and two un-monogrammed oval soup spoons. All with matching bright-cut decoration. Each type bearing different maker's marks.

13) William Garret Forbes, 1773-1809: Monogrammed place spoon.

14) John & Peter Targee, 1809-14: Monogrammed oval soup spoon.

Approx. 13.1 total troy oz.

Condition: All monograms are contemporaneous. 1-9) Teaspoons with crude repairs.
