FREE-BLOWN AND BLOWN-MOLDED SAWTOOTH VASE, translucent jade (reacts under black light) upper and lower sections with an alabaster/clambroth center, inward folded and gauffered nine-petal rim, raised on a short stem and circular foot with a rough pontil ring. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1850-1870.
Condition: Short annealing check at lower neck/sawtooth juncture, no further damage.
Size: 9 1/4" H, 3 1/4" D rim, 2 5/8" D foot.
Provenance: From an important New York private collection.
