FRENCH BRASS-INLAID MAHOGANY LADY'S TAMBOUR WRITING DESK, with brass inlay, roll-top conceals fitting interior with three drawers with brass knobs, fold-out writing surface over full-length drawer, raised on fluted legs. One glass inkwell, no key present. Second half 19th century.
Condition: Very good overall condition, writing with minor to moderate bug damage and fabric tearing along the seam, moderate crazing on the slant-front, with areas of expected usage wear.
