Early 19th century portrait of a couple in an interior. Apparently unsigned. Partially removed Christie's label on the stretcher. Dimensions: (Frame) H 39.75" x W 33.5", (Canvas) H 35.25" x W 29.5" Condition: Painting lined. With crazing, some surface scratches. Craquelure throughout. Possible restorations.
Condition: All the items in this auction remain at our gallery location in Norwalk, CT for pickup. Preview is by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30.
