The model had, just like its predecessor, the 208/308 GT4, a blocky design by Pininfarina. The Mondial QV (Quattrovalvole) Convertible 3. 0L V8 is the second rarest version and a true collector's item (produced from 1983 to 1985) . The Mondial had 4 valves per cylinder instead of 2 from 1982. This increased its power from 214 to 240 HP. This version is also called Mondial 8 QV or Mondial 8 Quattrovalvole. They built a convertible version from 1983. This Ferrari is in original condition (interior, engine and transmission are all original) . The car starts immediately, shifts through all gears and idles nicely. The interior is in a relatively neat condition (see photos) and is fitted with original Ferrari leather, the front seats do have some small tears in the leather. The engine compartment looks fresh and maintained, as well as the boot space (including matching spare wheel) . The original Blaupunkt Toronto SQR 34 radio/cassette player is still there.
