Condition Report: Upholstery bears assorted wear, with pilling and notable discoloration from use over time. Right armrest shows a one inch area of distress to fabric. Finish has worn to each leg. Chair would benefit from restoration prior to normal use. Structurally sound and showing in fair vintage condition.
