Fragment of a censer, China, probably 18th century (Qing), bronze. Openworked with stylized cloud bands and fully plastic horsemen. Stands once on 3 feet made of gnarled branches with flowers (plum), one of them still intact, but pressed to the body, the other two broken off and no longer present. Lip rim as bamboo, on the inside a small recess for a former lid, h. 13/D. 17 cm.
