Antique cavalry sabre from the time of Louis XIV or Louis XV, one side of the blade is inscribed with a word that is difficult to read followed by “de cavalerie de la reine” (of the queen’s cavalry) , the other side has the inscription “Le Roy et la Reine” (the King and the Queen) , marked on the cutting edge is the name of the Fesche brothers sabre manufacturing company after which appears to be engraved the name “sahhannen”, handguard with filigree decoration in the form of the sun, note some gaps and and wear, item exactly the same as shown in the photos.
