High-Tech Art

In front of the Oval, near the Lingotto in Turin, there is an industrial installation that almost seems to parody the works exhibited at each edition of Artissima.
A masterpiece of engineering and design, which we could define as a true High-Tech Art: an involuntary sculpture, born from functionality but imbued with contemporary aesthetics.

Franco Turcati Photographer
Franco Turcati is an Italian professional photographer who began his career in the 60s
as a photojournalist. Over the decades, he has been able to evolve, establishing himself not only in the
photojournalism, but also in the fields of fashion, advertising and still-life. Thanks to his
ability to interpret the needs of companies, Turcati has collaborated with important brands
national and international, contributing to the creation of high-impact visual campaigns. Active
for over 50 years, he is today considered a master of visual communication, recognized for his
extraordinary narrative ability and his unique aesthetic sense.

It is present in the collections of EIKON, Museum of Photography in Turin.
