French Antique Directoire Cherry Sofa, Rush Seat.

A rush seated French antique bench with Directoire era design elements, specifically the shaped back supports and the carved detail just below the curved arms. The cherry is a warm brown with good grain and some period appropriate wear, and the rush is in good antique condition. Dimensions: 69" x 25" x 39.25" back height, 16.5" seat height.
