The urn-form clock body modeled with lion's masks to sides, with porcelain clock face, and a pair of five-light candelabra atop vasiform bases. Marked with 'V, five pointed medal, F' to the movement reverse. '1162' visible to the front of the movement outside the case. France. Circa 1900. {Approximate dimensions: Clock 18 3/4 high x 8 1/4 wide x 6 1/4 inches deep, candelabras 19 1/2 inches high.}. Condition: Some patina to the brass and gilt bronze, light surface wear overall. The candelabra handles are loose, and the arms are not quite level with each other.
