French Cast Iron, Brass and Marble-Top Baker's Table
late 19th century, the white marble top over a Gothic-style apron with trefoil pendants and supported by scrolled legs.

Provenance: Collection of Ruth and Michael Burke, Covington, Louisiana.
Condition Report: **In overall good condition. The table is sturdy and functional with a small amount of movement in its joints. The piece is heavily oxidized, both the brass and iron elements. It appears to have once been fitted with casters. The marble top is old, and possibly original. There are some small and a couple large shallow perimeter chips. There is a tight crack extending in about 6" from the edge.
