French Louis XV Style Carved Mahogany Dressing Table, early 20th c., the center lifting lid with an interior mirror, over a lower drawer, flanked by two lifting lid compartment, the right with two lower drawers, the left with one drawer, on cabriole legs together with a carved oak stool with a trapezoidal caned seat, on cabriole legs with toupie feet, Dressing Table- H.- Open- H.- 45 in., Closed- 29 in., W.- 33 1/4 in., D.- 20 1/2 in. Condition Report: Condition consistent with age and use. Finish worn on top . Pull-out desk stays at 90 degree angle with red leather with gold stamps from top intact. Water stains on tabletop, size of planter and water glass. Mirror intact though aged. Wood piece missing from tabletop, proper right back (about 8 in. x 2 in. x 1in.). Front metal pieces missing from front two feet. Shrinkage cracks on proper left and right sides where legs meet body. One hinge missing screw and easily comes off in proper right tabletop opening.
