Mattress/box spring height vary's depending on profile of each. The slats and side rails are approximately 11 inches from the ground. Standard box spring is 9" inches or a low profile is 4 inches. Mattresses on average are 10 inches. Bed would sit approximately 30 inches from the floor with the mattress and box spring Wear to upholstery specifically on headboard (line where mattress was) otherwise good condition; does not include mattress or bed slats
