Condition Report: A couple of minor losses to edge of burl, 1/8" or smaller. Some minor dents and one 8 1/2" long reglued/repaired section to shade. Overall good vintage condition. Missing on/off switch, one fluorescent tube slightly loose in its ballast. Fixture is in working order.
