German Capture French M1866 Chassepot Bayonet. Bright, slightly curved blade with fuller. No visible maker marks. Partial unit numbered steel crossguard with quillion. Solid brass handle and partial unit number. Leather scabbard with steel fittings. Blade Length: 22 1/2" | Total Length: 27 3/8"
Condition Report: Very good. Blade has scratches and nicks. Light pitting and minimal dark spots.
