GUSTAV BECKER REGULATOR WALL CLOCKS, LOT OF TWO

GUSTAV BECKER REGULATOR WALL CLOCKS, LOT OF TWO, each with brass eight-day movement and Westminster chimes, movements marked with "GB" crown and anchor trademark, with one having additional "SILESIA", each additionally marked "P48"; each having rectangular case with hinged front having circular window revealing dial, above three vertical beveled glass panels, and faux bracket-shelf base, metal dials. Pendulums present. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century.

Condition: Cases in very good to excellent condition, with expected minor wear, some glass panels slightly loose, some very minor splits to veneer. "SILESIA" marked example currently in working condition, but lacking two chime strikes, the other runs for short periods, likely needs adjustment or cleaning, otherwise appears to be in good order (see Catalogue Guarantee).

Size: 29 5/8" HOA, 15 3/4" W, 7 1/4" D, and 30 3/8" HOA, 13 3/4" W, 7" D.
