George Baxter, British 1804-1867- Scene at Windsor Castle and the Whole of the Royal Family in 1850; hand-coloured lithograph, printed by Le Blond & Co., London, 19 x 12.5 cm.: together with another hand-coloured lithograph by Baxter of crowds outside Crystal Palace; 13.7 x 32 cm: and three Victorian Stevenographs, comprising Dick Turpin's last ride on his Bonnie Black Bess, 5 x 15 cm., The Lady Godiva Procession, 5 x 15.3 cm., and The Mersey Tunnel Railway, 6 x 13.8 cm. The two prints are framed and glazed, and unexamined out of the frames. Some marks and damage to the frames generally. Minor cockling to the sheets and light creases consistent with handling. The sheet of the Scene at Windsor Castle appears to have been cut horizontally and re-attached. General discolouration/browning to the paper, and spots of light foxing in areas. Otherwise in fair condition overall. The stevenographs are also framed and glazed, and unexamined out of frame. Minor marks and damage to the frames. Discolouration and damage to the works themselves. In fair condition overall.
