Gerald Ford & George H.W. Bush Signed BEP White House Print

An attractive White House print signed by two late-twentieth century presidents: 38th U.S. President Gerald R. Ford (1913-2006) as "Gerald R. Ford" at lower left; and 41st U.S. President George H.W. Bush (1924-2018) as "George Bush" at lower right. Bush has also inscribed the dedicatory message: "To William Lewis / Best Wishes" above his signature. The print, reproduced on thick white stock card, depicts the South View of the White House and was produced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Two small scuffs appear along the edges of the upper right corner of the card. Minor ink impression affecting the space between "To" and "William." Else near fine. 8" x 6." Provenance: Offered at R.M. Smythe & Company (New York, New York) at their May 5, 2005 auction as Lot 185.
