"German Historical Atlas for Ancient, Medieval and New History consisting of 272 Map"s, Edited and Published by Alfred Baldamus, Ernst Schwabe, and Jullius Koch, maps created by the Geographical Institute Velhagen & Klasing, published by Verlag von Velhagen & Klasing, Bielefeld and Leipzig, 1913. The maps are attached with the strips of paper, and are removable. The atlas is complete.

Hard boards with black lettering on the front board, red cloth spine [small crease at the bottom of the spine: see photos]; 6.3/4" x 10.1/4"; xvi pages + maps in color, full-page, double page and fold out maps are numbered 1 through 40a. The maps from the same section have additional 'a' and 'b' numbering, many additional small maps, small stain at the bottom of the introduction pages and first 2 maps [see photo], very good condition.
