Five singles of 3pf and two singles of 20pf, each stamp tied by "Tientsin, Deutsche Post 29 1 01" circular datestamps (Sorte II) with additional strike at center on very long registered cover to Berlin, Germany, Tientsin registry label, Berlin (Mar. 30) arrival backstamp, cover missing top flap and folded at left for aethetic purposes VERY FINE REGISTERED COVER WITH SIX DIFFERENT VALUES OF THE 1900 TIENTSIN PROVISIONAL OVERPRINT ISSUE. DESPITE ITS PHILATELIC NATURE, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT POSTAL HISTORY RARITY OF THE GERMAN OFFICES IN CHINA. With 1982 Bothe certificate. Just the used stamps alone catalogue $16,635 (€12,500).
