Vertical pair and single, tied by "Tientsin, Deutsche Post 6/2 01" circular datestamp on piece of blue parcel card, label affixed at top, Shanghai (Feb. 25) backstamp, cover with couple folds, one which has been reinforced, none affecting stamps VERY FINE. A SPECTACULAR USE OF A PAIR AND SINGLE OF THE 1900 80-PFENNINGS TIENTSIN PROVISIONAL HANDSTAMP ISSUE ON PIECE OF PARCEL CARD. AN IMPORTANT RARITY.
