Two singles of 10pf, each tied by "Tientsin, Deutsche Post 18/2 01" circular datestamps with additional strike at bottom left on registered cover to Peking, Tientsin registry label, Peking (Feb. 19) arrival backstamp, cover slightly refolded at top due to rough opening VERY FINE. A SCARCE REGISTERED COVER WITH THE 10-PFENNINGS AND TWO 20-PFENNINGS TIENTSIN PROVISIONAL ISSUE TO PEKING. Signed Thier. With 1962 Grobe certificate.
