Four horizontal pairs, used with Germany, Used in China, 1889, 20pf Ultramarine (49; Michel V48d), all tied by multiple strikes of "Shanghai 17/5 95" circular datestamps on large-sized registered cover to Soltau, Germany, Shanghai registry label, Soltau (Jun. 23) arrival backstamp, cover slightly reduced at top, slightly wrinkling, and some minor flaws to backflap, still Very Fine, a rare registered franking, with 2007 Steuer certificate
