Well-centered, tied by two strikes of "Schanghai, Deutsche Post 10/1 14" circular datestamps with additional strike at bottom right on large printed "Robert Weber" linen insured package front only to Essen, Germany, manuscript "Wert: Dreitausendfünfhündert Mark" (Value: Three Thousand Five Hundred Marks), couple file folds of no significance, Very Fine, an exceptional use of this high value, with 1988 Steuer certificate
