Tied by clearly struck "Swatau, Deutsche Post 6/11 05" circular datestamp on printed cover to Chemnitz-Gablenz, Germany, German consulate in Swatow label on back, Chemnitz (Dec. 5) arrival backstamp, cover with vertical file fold affecting label on back and slight lightening at bottom, slightly gum soaked perfs around stamp, still Very Fine and scarce use, with 1998 Jaschke-Lantelme certificate
