Germany, Offices in China, 1906-13, 2c on 5pf, 20c on 40pf, 40c on 80pf, 21/2d on 5m Surcharges (25; Michel 16). 2c on 5pf on back, all tied by "Tsinanfu, Deutsche Post 11/4 13" circular datestamps on parcel card for three packages sent to Shanghai, three labels added at top, "Schanghai" addressed crossed out in blue crayon and notation on back indicating that $3.12 was refunded, card with some edgewear VERY FINE. A RARE PARCEL CARD USING FOUR DIFFERENT VALUES OF THE 1906-13 SURCHARGE ISSUE FROM TSINANFU TO SHANGHAI. Due to the note on the back indicating a full refund was given and without any postal markings from Shanghai, it is presumed these parcels were never actually sent. Regardless, it is still a very rare postal card from Tsinanfu. With 1993 Steuer certificate.
