Tied by "Shanghai 2?/9 96" circular datestamp on uprated Chefoo 1/2c Green postal card, addressed to Allenstein, Germany, originating in Chefoo with Chefoo, 1894, 1c Scarlet, 2c Blue, 5c Brown Orange (9, 11-12), two singles of 1c and 2c with selvage at right, all tied by "Local Post, Chefoo 17 Sep. 96" double-circle despatch datestamps, Shanghai Local Post (Sept. 19) transit and Allenstein (Oct. 31) arrival datestamps, some slight overall soiling, Very Fine and attractive franking
