Very old wick gun: Caliber: 18 mm (at the muzzle) Barrel length: 21 cm Pistol length: 36 cm Rifle from Northern Europe (typical with its stock ending in a large ball) , probably German (Holy Roman Empire) . Manufacturing from the end of the 16th or the beginning of the 17th century. Good thunder-paneled barrel, round at the muzzle, marked on top with an incised serpent surmounted by a crown. The lock is marked with a figure of a man flanked by the letters "I B". Wooden butt, with inlays representing flowers and animals, in bone and other materials. Good healthy barrel, with patina of oxidation. Mechanism in good condition, functional, firm springs. Complete and functional weapon in good condition. The barrel and the light are not clogged.
