In the 1930s, the designer's style was still profoundly influenced by classicism, but the Ponti 940 marks a leap forward: the flared legs and rounded back and seat recall classical harmonies, enclosed in clean, essential lines that make no concessions to decoration. Classic elegance and modern simplicity. The 4 chairs are in excellent condition and may only have very small marks due to having been on display during Milan Design Week. Material: beech wood.
