Black River , "A30"
1859 (8 Nov.) double rate entire "p R M Steamer" via London to Liverpool, bearing 4d. rose-carmine vertical strip of three (some defects) each clearly cancelled "A30" and with "Too Late" TL6 handstamp at left, London Paid datestamp (2.1) below adhesives, the reverse with despatch, Kingston and arrival (2.1) datestamps. The only example of this Too Late handstamp recorded by Foster. R.P.S. Certificate (1989). Photo
