A shallow silver dish with central gilt panel depicting a serpent wound round a column on a pecked field, rolled rim with tendril band to the inner face, pointillé inscription to the outer rim. 385 grams, 21cm diameter (8 1/4"). From the private German collection of Mr F., formed 1950-1960.
